Abstract:
The invention relates to assembly automation, and the objective of the invention is to assemble a plunger and a body as accurately and quickly as possible. An outer circumferential surface of a plunger (14) is screwed together with an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical body (13), and a plunger spring (32) is interposed between the body (13) and the plunger (14). A rotation suppression jig (33) used during assembly is provided with a plurality of upright plate portions (34), and a plurality of engagement grooves (16) which engage with the plurality of upright plate portions (34) are correspondingly formed on another end surface (13b) of the body. A pair of holding surfaces (25A) forming flat surfaces are formed on a plunger tip portion (25) so as to face each other in a radial direction of the plunger (14).
