Abstract:

The preparation of various mechanical materials for use in a hot dipping bath by using a composition comprising 70 to 95 % Si�3?N�4?, 2 to 10 % Al�2?O�3?, 1 to 10 % AlN, and 1 to 10 % Y�2?O�3?, can markedly prolong the operation period until defects are created in the products.
