Abstract:
A mechanical part machining accuracy measurement guidance system based on augmented reality. The guidance system comprises guidance information editing and measurement guidance, wherein the guidance information editing comprises an AR measurement guidance process editing module and a visual preform library, and the measurement guidance comprises an identification locating module, an interaction module and a visualization module. The workflow of the system comprises the following steps: 1, establishing a process manual in the form of an XML; 2, establishing a visual model preform; 3, extracting corresponding XML entries in the process manual; 4, acquiring the pose of the current part to be tested; 5, guiding a user to measure measurement elements of the current step with a suitable tool; and 6, according to measurement results of the user, the user determining whether process requirements are met. According to the present invention, the problems of low efficiency and high possibility of missing testing and wrong testing caused by the fact that a worker needs to frequently query a paper or electronic process manual when the current mechanical part is tested.
