Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mechanical stretching device for a movable seat unit, comprising: a linkage bracket (1) comprising a support structure (12) for supporting a mechanical stretching device on the ground and linkage structures (13) attachable to a seating portion of a seat unit; a back mechanism (2); and leg stretching structures (3) having footrest members, the leg stretching structures (3) being pivotally connected to the linkage bracket and used for attaching to a footrest of the seat unit. The mechanical stretching device is constructed to be capable of realizing sequential transformation of the seat unit from a sitting posture state to a leisure posture state and then to a lying posture state or reverse sequential transformation, wherein in the lying posture state, the extension direction of the footrest members and the horizontal direction form an angle between 9° and 23°, preferably between 14° and 21°, more preferably between 18° and 19°.
