A mechanical three-dimensional bicycle parking facility which is relatively small-sized and can perform continuous loading and unloading operation in a short time by operating at the same time a lifting device and a storage shelf rotating device for each stage. A mechanical three-dimensional bicycle parking facility provided with bicycle storage shelfs (2) which are arranged at intervals in the top-bottom direction, a bicycle conveyance means (3) which conveys a bicycle (1) of a bicycle storage shelf (2) in the horizontal direction with the bicycle (1) held in an upright position, and a bicycle transfer means (4) which lifts, lowers, and transfers the bicycle to the bicycle storage shelf (2) of a predetermined stage. Each bicycle storage shelf (2) and the bicycle transfer means (4) are respectively provided with a bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (21) and a bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (43) which are each provided with U- or V-shaped bicycle wheel insertion/holding bodies arranged at intervals in a comb-like shape and disposed on one side surface of a holding body mounting bar in the same direction. The facility is also provided with a transferred-bicycle receiving section which is held by a transferred-bicycle holding means provided at a position at which the bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (21) and the bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (43) do not interfere with each other, the transferred-bicycle holding means being provided at an angle at which the centerlines of the bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (21) and the bicycle wheel insertion/holding body (43) coincide with each other in the vertical direction.
