Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a mechanical thrombus removal device; a thrombus suction system in the mechanical thrombus removal device comprises a suction device and a thrombus suction tube. A manner of providing negative pressure on the basis of a thrombus suction system having the foregoing structure is different from the existing manner of providing negative pressure by using a manner of forming a siphon on the basis of the high-speed rotation of a spiral structure, and thus negative pressure that satisfies thrombus suction may be formed without high-speed rotation, thereby effectively reducing the problem whereby the rotation speed in existing spiral structures forming negative pressure is too fast, causing the temperature to be too high and thus leading a guide wire to break. In addition, the thrombus suction system and a thrombus breaking system of the present invention are two mutually independent systems, which effectively prevents the thrombus suction and thrombus breaking processes from influencing one another. The process of breaking a thrombus is carried out in a thrombectomy head, which effectively reduces the probability of the patient experiencing hematuria and renal failure complications, as well as the incidence of vascular perforation.
