Abstract:
A mechanical zero determination method and apparatus, and a machine tool device. The method comprises: measuring a current load rate of each coordinate axis of a target machine tool when moving in a first target direction (S102); determining whether the current load rate of each coordinate axis reaches a load rate threshold (S104); if the current load rate reaches the load rate threshold, stopping movement of each coordinate axis in the first target direction and returning to a preset position (S106); and determining a final movement position of the target machine tool as a mechanical zero (S108).
