Abstract:

A mechanically operated scouring abrasion head comprises a scouring abrasion object (111), a scouring abrasion head (112), a supporting position (113) and a pushing position (114). The scouring abrasion object (111) is connected to the scouring abrasion head (112). The scouring abrasion head (112) is provided with a specific supporting position (113). A constitution ratio of a scouring force to a horizontal abrasion force is changed by changing the position and the mode of the supporting position (113) to generate momentums of scouring and abrasion in different ratios. One or more than one pushing position (114) exists. After the pushing position (114) is subjected to a transmitted driving force (115), the scouring abrasion head (112) is enabled to generate power for swing. The pushing position (114) is matched with the driving force (115) transmitted by an existing power transmission mechanism to change the driving force (115) into the power for pushing the scouring abrasion head (112) to swing so as to enable the scouring abrasion object (111) to scour and abrade downwards in a reciprocating way. The mechanically operated scouring abrasion head can treat stains, which cannot be treated by the prior art, in irregular sunken positions, and can remove stubborn stains in convex planes or regular planes more quickly.
