Abstract:
A mechanically retained full-mouth suction denture apparatus, comprising a maxillary base support (1), a mandibular base support (2), and maxillary teeth and mandibular teeth, which are fixedly connected to the maxillary base support (1) and the mandibular base support (2), respectively. An occlusion force point formed by teeth of the mandibular anterior segment is located at an inner side of a maxillary anterior segment tooth crest line (6), and the reverse acting force of the occlusion point acts on the inner side of the mandibular anterior segment tooth crest line (7), forming an upper fitting angle ∠1 greater than 90 degrees on the jaw plane (C) and forming a lower fitting angle ∠2 less than or equal to 90 degrees, and the upper cutting segment edge being a predetermined interval from the lower cutting segment edge, so that functional motion of the mandibular teeth is limited within a preset range of the maxillary teeth, and a mouth and jaw system capable of converting occlusion force into a base support retention force is achieved using a lever effect of the teeth, the base supports and the alveolar crest.
