Abstract:
The present invention provides a mechanism for adjusting the height with respect to a back plate of a chair, comprising: a main body (10) having a vertical frame (13); a guide member (20) having a guide bar (25) in which a plurality of seating grooves (26) are formed vertically and adjacent to each other on the vertical frame (13) of the main body (10); a back plate member (30) supported by a guide pin (21) and an elongated portion (31) on the vertical frame (13) so as to be vertically movable; and a locking member (40) having a locking bar (41) at a position opposite to the guide bar (25) on the back plate member (30), and sequentially engaging the locking bar (41) into the seating grooves (26) so as to change the height. Accordingly, there is an effect of reducing cost and increasing durability while conveniently maintaining an appropriate posture on the basis of a simple configuration by adjusting the height of the back plate in accordance with the physical condition of a user sitting in the chair.
