Abstract:
A mechanism for flattening a packaging box label in a production line (20), comprising a packaging box conveying production line (100), a left side label flattening device (200), and a right side label flattening device (300). The left side label flattening device (200) comprises a horizontal supporting plate (210), a horizontal moving structure (220), a vertical height-adjustment structure (230), and a label flattening structure (240); the horizontal moving structure (220) comprises a horizontal driving portion (221) and a horizontal sliding plate (222), and the vertical height-adjustment structure (230) is mounted on the horizontal sliding plate (222); the vertical height-adjustment structure (230) comprises a height-adjustment driving portion (231) and a height-adjustment sliding plate (232), and the label flattening structure (240) is mounted on the height-adjustment sliding plate (232); the label flattening structure (240) comprises: a flattening driving portion (241), a first flattening plate (242), and a second flattening plate (243); and the flattening driving portion (241) drives the first flattening plate (242) and the second flattening plate (243) to get close to or away from each other along the horizontal direction. The mechanism completely attaches a label to a packaging box, and conventional manual operations are replaced, so that the overall mechanical automated production level is improved.
