Abstract:
A mechanism for force balancing during opening and closing of interior and exterior circulation dampers, comprising: a housing (1), a rocker arm (2), a cable (3), and a spring (4) for balancing positive and negative torques during opening and closing of dampers. The rocker arm (2) comprises an active swing arm (21) and a passive swing arm (22) that form an obtuse angle ranging from 90° to 120°. The active swing arm (21) is hitched to the tail end of the cable (3); the head end of the cable (3) is connected to a control head (5) for controlling switching between interior and exterior circulation dampers. A rotating stepped shaft (23) is formed in the middle of one side of the rocker arm (2) facing inwardly. One end of the spring (4) is hitched to the rotating stepped shaft (23), and the other end is hitched to the tail end of an inner side of the passive swing arm (22). By combining parts, such as a rocker arm and a spring, the mechanism for force balancing has a simplified structure, and is able to balance operating forces during mechanism operation, thereby improving the comfort during an air intake switching operation of an automobile air conditioner.
