Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of temperature measurement. Provided is a mechanism for measuring the tooth gap temperature of a high-speed precision gear during working. The mechanism comprises a bottom member; the bottom member is of a U-shaped plate structure; a supporting rod is arranged at the top end of the bottom member; the top end of the supporting rod is of a rectangular structure; the top end of the supporting rod is connected to the bottom of a main body; the bottom of the supporting rod is of a pyramid-shaped structure; two sides of the supporting rod are each provided with a limiting plate, the inner sides of the limiting plates being of an inclined structure. During use, once a fixing member is pulled tight and fixed, pushing blocks can move under force, so that the bottoms of the front ends of the pushing blocks can make contact with the top ends of limiting members, and since contact surfaces of the limiting members and the pushing blocks are of an inclined structure, press plates can be pressed to move, thereby allowing the device to be stably mounted, avoiding misalignment and shaking, and preventing an infrared thermometer from performing measurement under misalignment during the rotating process of a gear; the present invention solves the problems that tooth gap temperature measurement mechanisms do not have a structure for continuously measuring the temperature of a single tooth gap, and do not have a structure for improving the temperature measurement accuracy.
