Abstract:

A solid object discharging method for discharging solid objects in a container where they are stored. With the method, a liquid for discharge is fed in the container (2) to produce a whirl flow of liquid and solid objects, and the liquid and the solid objects in a whirl state are discharged from a discharge opening (20) formed in the bottom of the container (2). The whirl flow of the liquid and the solid objects can be produced by allowing the liquid for discharge to be flowed in a tangential direction into the container (2) at a position near the bottom of the container (2).
