1. A mechanism of movement of an automatic machine for the preparation of Greek coffee consisting of an electric motor (3) that sets in movement a cochlear bar (7) fixed at the two ends up (1) and down (10) of the mechanism, which moves with the help of a nut (6) a transport lever (5) and a disk-driver (4), wherein on the disk-driver (4) is adapted with two axes (8, 9) the coffee pot (2), in which mechanism the movement begins from the upper position with the nut (6) together with the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) being at the highest end up (1) of the cochlear bar and the coffee pot (2) being in horizontal position, and when the cochlear bar (7) is set in movement, then the nut (6) with the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) begin to move downward, wherein this movement is continued until the axis (8) reaches the down-end (11) of the mechanism, and the further movement of the nut (6) and the transport lever (5) is converted into a rotational movement of the disk-driver (4), which tilts the coffee pot (2) from the horizontal position to an angle of approximately 110 degrees, at the point of the down end (10) of the mechanism, and allows the serving of the coffee into the cup, in which mechanism the return to the initial position of start is done with the precisely reverse series of movements described above with the reversion of the movement of the cochlear bar (7), which moves the nut (6) with the transport lever (5) in an upward movement and returns the disk-driver (4) into horizontal position, with result that the whole mechanism consisting of the nut (6), the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) reaches again the highest end up ready for new use. |
Mechanism of movement of an automatic machine for the preparation of Greek coffee
The invention is related to a mechanism of movement of an automatic machine for the preparation of Greek coffee, where an electric motor sets a cochlear bar in movement that in its turn moves a transport lever and a disk-driver, resulting in the coffee pot adapted to the disk-driver to be moved initially downward and then to be turned from the horizontal position to a position of approximately 1 1 0 degrees, which allows the serving of the coffee into the cup.
I n up to today known automatic machines for the preparation of Greek coffee, that is to say those that function with incorporated coffee pot, the mechanisms of movement present technical problems and dangers during their operation and use. Particularly they present problems in the mechanism of movement and rotation of the coffee pot as they have a different axis for the downward movement, a different axis for the rotation movement and a separate mechanism for each one of them. Moreover the movement of the coffee pot is done basically at an angle of 90 degrees. These devices with the many elements that partly are visible render the use and the cleaning of the machine complicated , as the hand of the cleaner may touch the rotation axis etc and eventually be burned or points that are difficult to access may remain impure .
The present invention has the scope to provide a reliable mechanism of movement of an automatic machine for the preparation of Greek coffee with the smallest necessary number of elements and the greatest facility of use and cleaning.
More specifically, the mechanism of movement of an automatic machine for the preparation of Greek coffee according to the invention consists of an electric motor (3) that sets in movement a cochlear bar (7) fixed at the two ends up (1) and down (10) of the mechanism. The cochlear bar (7) moves with the help of a nut (6) a transport lever (5) and a disk-driver (4). On the disk-driver (4) is adapted with two axes (8, 9) the main coffee pot (2). The movement of the mechanism begins from the upper position. In this position the nut (6) with the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) are at the highest end up (1) of the cochlear bar and the coffee pot (2) is in horizontal position. When the cochlear bar (7) is set in movement, then the nut (6) with the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) begin to move downward. This movement is continued until the axis (8) reaches the down-end (11) of the mechanism, in which case the linear downward movement is no longer possible. The further movement of the nut (6) and the transport lever (5) is converted into a rotational movement of the disk-driver (4). This rotational movement tilts the coffee pot (2) from the horizontal position to an angle of approximately 110 degrees, at the point of the down end (10) of the mechanism, and allows the serving of the coffee into the cup. The return to the initial position of start is done with the precisely reverse series of movements described above with the reversion of the movement of the cochlear bar (7), which moves the nut (6) with the transport lever (5) in an upward movement and returns the disk-driver (4) into horizontal position, with result that the whole mechanism consisting of the nut (6), the transport lever (5) and the disk-driver (4) reaches again the highest end up ready for new use.
