TOOTHBRUSH

1) THE FIELD OF TEHNIC RELATIVE TO INVENTION

This invention is about mechanism wich has a purpose to open and to close toothpaste supply of the toothbrush. That toothpaste is extruded from the tube wich is contained in the tubes holder /toothbrushes girder.lt is addive implement in hygienic-tehnicaf teeth protection.

2) TEHNICAL PROBLEM

Toothbrush for the teeth care and hygiene.with tubes holder and brush girder has allready given patent registration but tehnical problem apeard.on the top of the toothpaste conduitAfter toothbrushing the toothpaste on the top of the conduit has left open and because of that toothpaste on the top has dried out and blocked the exit under the sheafs.So during construction I constructed special velve for opening and closing of the toothpaste supply wich had to be protected by patent.

3) CONDlCION OF THE PRIOR TEHNIC

There is no tehnic for opening and closing toothpaste supply. With consideration of that.toothbrush with internal conduit and mechanism are new equipment for the oral hygiene,A need for the open/close toothpaste supply mechanism appeard.lt is emproving toothbrush(with internal conduit and mechanism for toothpaste extruding from the tube)use.

4) EXPOUNDING ESSENCE OF INVENTION

Main goal of this invention is to prevent dry out of the toothpaste on the top of the conduit wich goes from the tube all the way to under the sheafs.The other is from the hygienic reasons.

Furder goal of this invention is to open and close the velve for the toothpaste supply easy and soft. Velve can be removed for cleaning and mantainance.lt is made of three parts wich will be seen on the figures.

5) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The following figures and descriptions are included in this invention and thay are explaning how is functioning this invention and best way to make this open/close toothpaste mechanism wich is part of the unit of (registrated for patent)toothbrush and mechanism for toothpaste extruding from the tube.

6) DETAIL DESCRIPTION AT LEAST ONE OF THE WAYS THAT WE CAN MAKE THIS INVENTION TRUE

We are introducing with detaild description of functionality and builting of this invention by drawings and description.

On the page 5 fig.1 and 2 we can se uper part of the toothbrush with its conduit with velve(bar) on it wich we can move with finger during toothpaste extrude wich came from the direction of arrow 3.On this picture we can se velve (bar) in closed possition.on the fig.2 we can se handle of the bar 1 and 10 in open possition .After velve is open 1 and 10 uder the rootshs of the sheafs 4 toothpaste has come out from the direction of arrow 6 toward the direction of arrow 7 and 8.After toothpaste is puted in to operation betwene the sheafs through the bar.he is closing again with velve 1 and 10 fig.1 that way.so the flat tile with marking -x- 11 is covering top of the conduit for the toothpaste supply from the tube in its holder.After toothpaste puted in operation betwene the sheafs of the toothbrush we close velve(bar)by bulling the tile 9 over narove conduit under the board as a toothbrush girder with opening on itAnd over the opening the tile is passing 10with handle 1 for closing and opening with fingers.

Discontinuous line 5 is marking eliptical opening through wich is toothpaste passing .after pulling on the top of the conduit.Fig.3 is showing opening 2 with inserted handle I.Fig. 4 is showing handle pulled out from its casing 2 fig.1.On the fig.4 we can se line wich is marking limiter.Fig.5 is handle from the side.On the figure 4 we can se dent part 7 for the finger support so the bar could be moved. Fig. 2 cover after tile has been pulled under the board with sheafs on it.Fig.6 is 3D handle with limiter 6 and dent part 7 as finger support. Page 7 fig.1 ,2 and 3 we can se bar (velve)in opened and closed position inside the toothbrushes girder and toothpaste holder.with mechanism for toothpaste extrude from the tube in to the toothbrush girder.Page 8 fig.1 ,2 and 3 we can se bar (velve)in open and close position inside the toothbrush holder and tbes from wich you squezze out toothpaste with fingers and thump.

7) APPLICATION OF INVENTION

This invention is allowing simple and usefull device wich is protecting toothpaste from dry out and smearing during toothbrushing and so that toothpaste would not come to the sheafs during brushing. By manufacturing this velve(bar)it can not be deserted parameters and essence of the invention.
