Abstract:
A mechanism suitable for performing ink control for a roller stamping machine, the mechanism comprising an ink box lower housing (507), an ink box upper housing (504), an ink applying wheel assembly, an ink wiping wheel assembly, an ink printing wheel assembly and a torsion spring (508). The ink applying wheel assembly comprises a sponge rotating shaft (503), a sponge wheel fixing support (502) and a rubber wheel (506); the ink wiping wheel assembly comprises a sponge rotating shaft (503), an ink wiping wheel (505), a retaining ring, a clamping ring and a bearing (509); and the ink printing wheel assembly comprises an ink printing wheel (501), a sponge wheel fixing support (502) and a sponge rotating shaft (503). The ink applying wheel assembly is installed in a sliding groove on a side surface of the ink box lower housing (507), and the ink printing wheel assembly is pushed up into a sliding groove of the ink box upper shell (504) by means of the torsion spring (508). The ink wiping wheel is installed in a sliding grooves on a side rear surface of the ink box lower housing (507). Once the ink box upper housing(504) is covered, a pressing column of the ink box upper housing (504) presses the ink wiping wheel assembly against the ink applying wheel assembly, thereby achieving the effect of rotating to apply ink evenly. The described mechanism ensures that the ink on a stamp is even and the amount of ink is appropriate; in addition, the structure is simple, ink control is accurate, and the stamping effect is good.
