Abstract:
The invention relates to a carousel supported by a rotary plate controlled by a control mechanism (20). The mechanism (20) includes: means for constraining said rotary plate (10), said means controlled in two states, namely a constrained state and a released state, said means moreover being arranged such as to ensure, in said constrained state, a rotational constraint on said rotary plate (10) and enable, in said released state, free rotation of said rotary plate (10); and a device (36) for controlling said constraining means, said control device being arranged such as to drive, on command, said constraining means in said released state. Said constraining means is, by default, in the constrained state.
