Abstract:
The present invention relates to am equipment for manufacturing the claw chain decoration
which is composed of such working stations as a station for cutting open the flat
sheet for the chain ring, a primary die pressing station for flanging the left
and right edges of said flat sheet, a secondary die pressing station for flanging
the front and back edges of said flat sheet, a station for making linking parts,
a squeezing station for shrinking and closing ring, and a shaping station. On
the die press, there are three conveying channels for said flat sheets of chain rings,
upper ring blanks and lower ring blanks, and each conveying channel has a push
rod driven by a reciprocating mechanism. There are also multiple production lines
to actualize mechanized production and to manufacture the ornament of claw chain
at a high rate.
