Abstract:
A strain measuring device (10) comprises: an imaging device (30), a processing device (40), and a display device (60). The display device (60) displays an image (luminescence image) that represents a distribution of luminescence of a mechanoluminescent body imaged by the imaging device (30). The processing device (40) calculates a strain of the mechanoluminescent body when a force is applied to the mechanoluminescent body, on the basis of a light emission pattern of the mechanoluminescent body when the force is applied to the mechanoluminescent body. The display device (60) displays, together with the luminescence image, changes in brightness or the strain of the mechanoluminescent body in a specific region of the luminescence image.
