Abstract:
The present invention provides a media playback method and device. According to an embodiment, the method comprises: generating a playback progress changing instruction by receiving an input of a user used for triggering playback progress adjustment of media; determining a target key frame that corresponds to the target position of the playback progress adjustment, has a minimum interval to a target time, and is located before the target time; starting decoding from the target key frame, and preventing the presentation of media data obtained by starting decoding from the target key frame; and playing, in response to the advancing of a system clock to the target time, the media data decoded from the target time.
