Abstract:
An arm (5) is provided with protruding parts (56a, 56b) that, when a shutter (2) is in two positions, namely a closed position and an open position, slip in between a spring (7) and the arm (5) and raise the spring (7) in the direction moving away from the shutter (2). As a result, it becomes difficult for natural vibrations to arise when the spring (7) lengthens, and the generation of abnormal noise is inhibited.
