Abstract:
A medical device is integrally configured of a field of view switch mechanism which moves a field of view with which an observation unit captures an image, and an illumination light switch mechanism having an illumination unit which has an emission range of illumination light which covers the entire field of view by movement. By moving the emission range of the illumination light in synchronization with the rotation of the observation unit and in line with the field of view, illumination light is emitted in the current field of view.
