The present invention relates to a medical aspirator flat module including a double O-ring to prevent biological cross-contamination due to multiple uses and to continuously maintain a clean state and, more specifically, to a medical aspirator flat module including a double O-ring to prevent biological cross-contamination due to multiple uses and to continuously maintain a clean state, wherein a suction part of the medical aspirator flat module includes a seating groove engraved in an annular shape along the side surface of the suction part, and an O-ring part stably placed in the seating groove, has an annular shape, and formed of an ABS plastic material to prevent a cap from being separated from the suction part. The O-ring part includes: a body loaded into the seating groove; and a plurality of seating protrusions protruding from the bottom surface of the body and having a width of 3 to 10 mm to increase adsorption force, wherein the seating protrusions have a shape and a number corresponding to the shape and the number of the seating grooves so as to be inserted into the seating grooves.
