Abstract:
A medical catheter and a guide core device (1) for same. The medical catheter comprises a first catheter body (2) and the guide core device (1) partially contained in the first catheter body (2) for guiding the first catheter body (2) to be inserted into a blood vessel. According to the medical catheter and the guide core device (1), the medical catheter can smoothly penetrate into a blood vessel, thereby reducing the risk of major bleeding caused by the medical catheter getting stuck on the outer wall of the blood vessel or tearing the blood vessel wall, and can support sections of a blood vessel prone to "adherence", such as the bend of the blood vessel and/or the wall of a vein, thereby reducing the risk of blood vessel blockage caused by the collapse of the blood vessel.
