Abstract:
A medical catheter (1), comprising a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end comprises: a sensor array (32), which is used for displaying an inner wall of a lumen (51); a coaxial rotation device, which comprises a through hole in communication with the proximal end of the catheter (1), wherein the through hole is used for establishing a channel between a target bifurcated lumen (52) and the distal end of the catheter (1); and a lumen internal fixing device (13), which is used for fixing relative positions of the distal end of the catheter (1) and the inner wall of the lumen (51), so as to ensure the stability of a process of establishing a channel between the bifurcated lumen (52) and the proximal end of the catheter (1). The medical catheter can be used for detecting the structure and distribution of the lumen (51) in a human body, and can further conveniently guide an operator to probe into the target bifurcated lumen (52) to satisfy the requirements of the operation.
