The present invention relates to a clip provision device for providing a medical clip to a target region, and to a medical clip provision device comprising: a housing; clips accommodated inside the housing so as to be moved forward and backward, thereby holding the target region; and an operating part formed at the rear end part of the housing so as to be separable therefrom, and controlling the forward and backward movements of the clip, and further including: a housing having a guide part provided in a longitudinal direction, and having one or more block fixing grooves provided along the proceeding direction of the clips; an operating block accommodated inside the housing, and having a clip coupled thereto so as to be guided along the guide part, thereby being fixed by the block fixing groove; and an operating wire operated by the operation of the operating part, coupled to the operating block so as to move the operating block forward and backward, and formed so as to be fractured from the operating block.
