Medical clothing and sports wear which consist of a stretchable material, characterized by being provided with crescent-shaped switching portions in the inside and outside lateral areas at the knees, and thereby being capable of applying step-by-step pressure to the legs of a wearer. The medical clothing and sports wear facilitate the bending of the knees in sporting, and rarely create a surplus of cloth in the popliteal space or discomfort of compression, thus being comfortable to wear. Further, the medical clothing and sports wear can accelerate venous return, and are expected to alleviate the fatigue of the legs in sporting, to enhance sporting ability, to alleviate the fatigue after sporting, and to speed up the recovery from exhaustion.
