Abstract:

A medical degradable Zn-Cu-X alloy material and preparation method thereof. The alloy material comprises, by weight percent, Cu: 1 ≤ Cu ≤ 10%, X: 0 ≤ X ≤ 4%, and balance of Zn, wherein X is one or more of Mg, Ca, Sr, Si, Fe, Mn, Ag, Y, Nd, Gd, Er, Ho or Dy. Disclosed also is the preparation of the alloy material. The multielement degradable Zn-based alloy material composed of Zn, Cu and X that are biologically safe human nutrient elements, has a good biocompatibility, excellent mechanical properties and adjustable corrosion rate, and a good application prospect in the field of medical biodegradable implanted materials.
