Abstract:
A system for connecting a patient and a human body connection-type medical device is developed and provided which is safe, completely ensures the function of a medical device of any type such as a chest tube unit, a syringe pump or infusion pump, and a biological observation/measurement device (e.g., sphygmomanometer, electrocardiograph), and ensures the patient's simple movement/walk while the medical device is attached to the patient (human body). This medical device fixing system is characterized by: being provided with a hook section that can be engaged with, fastened to, and thereby fixed to a pillar-shaped support member and has a recessed groove on the upper surface thereof, and a holder for fixing and holding a medical device, the holder having a lock section that can be locked and fixed only by being inserted into the recessed groove; and being configured such that by inserting, locking and fixing the lock section of the holder to the groove of the hook section, the medical device is suspended from the pillar-shaped support member, and thereby connected and fixed thereto.
