Abstract:
A medical device (1) for observing the inside of a subject houses, in the main body of the medical device, an image capturing unit (10) for capturing an image of the subject from a transparent cover member (14), and prevents deposits of dirt and the like on the cover member (14) by disposing a multiblade fan (20) outside the image capture field of view of the image capturing unit (10) to generate an air current. Thus, a clear observational image can be obtained by preventing the deposits from adhering to an observation window of an observation device without cutting off the view.
