Abstract:
Provided is a medical device which is capable of reducing the influence of torsional load and stably separating a holding part from an operation wire with a prescribed tensile load. A medical device which comprises: an operation wire (14) which is inserted into a tube body that is inserted into a lumen and is capable of moving back and forth in an axial direction with respect to the tube body; a holding part (50) which is connected to the base end side of the operation wire (14); a first fastening part (15) which is connected to the operation wire (14) and restricts the movement of the operation wire (14) in the axial direction with respect to the holding part (50); and a second fastening part (16) which is connected to the operation wire (14), restricts the movement of the operation wire (14) in the rotational direction with respect to the holding part (50) and allows the movement of the operation wire (14) in the axial direction with respect to the holding part (50).
