Abstract:

　This medical device has an axially elongated member, a flexible flexing part, a support member capable of deformation conforming to the flexed shape of the flexing part, a guide member extended from the distal end part of the flexing part, and a linear member which has a linking part linked to the guide member, and which is inserted inside the support member, and tows the guide member in response to a change in the flexed shape. The center axis of the guide member is separated from the center axis of the support member. The linear member, which protrudes from the support member, is linked to the linking part at an incline with respect to the lengthwise axis of the guide member.
