Abstract:
A medical device 1 includes: a rotatable long member 10; a rotator 20 having a cutting part 22 that cuts a stenosis part S and provided on the tip end side of the long member to rotate as the long member rotates; a guide part 31 provided on the tip end side of the rotator with a space apart from the rotator; and a tip end member 30 supporting the guide part and including a support part 32 that defines the size of the space in the axial direction of the long member, and the guide part is positioned to partly overlap the cutting part while exposing a part of the cutting part as viewed from the tip end side of the tip end member.
