Abstract:
A medical electric bed according to the present invention is characterized in that a body-supporting frame of the bed is divided into a plurality of portions such as a back-supporting portion, a waist-supporting portion, a knee-supporting portion, or a leg-supporting portion, and the ascent and descent or rotation angle of each of the supporting portions is selectively controlled. A plurality of ascending/descending link modules, of which the ascent and descent of each is independently controlled by a parallelogram link, are disposed adjacent and parallel to each other on the top surface of each of the supporting portions. An electric motor is coupled for link operation to one of coupling shafts of the ascending/descending link modules.
