Disclosed is a medical fertilizer containing a plant tissue extract. The medical fertilizer contains a plant tissue extract A and a fertilizer B, wherein the plant tissue extract A is extracted from a mixture of rape inflorescence, turmeric root tuber, the whole herb of Aconitum apetalum (Huth) B. Fedtsch., and garlic bulb; the fertilizer B is selected from a ternary compound/mixed fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the total nitrogen (N) accounts for 15% of the fertilizer mass fraction, the total phosphorus (P2O5) for 15% of the fertilizer mass fraction, and the total potassium (K2O) for 15% of the fertilizer mass fraction; and the mixed application of the plant tissue extract A and the fertilizer B has a synergic effect on the prevention and treatment of potato black scurf. The medical fertilizer makes use of resources effectively, scientifically and rationally, has an important significance for protecting the environment and plays a positive promotion role in reducing agricultural input and increasing production and income in agriculture.
