Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to miniaturize a device overall. In an initial state, by being positioned in an initial location wherein a piston (21) is pulled in a location further than a pullback location, and a portion of a truncated cone-shaped leading end part (21A) contacts a packing (27) throughout the circumference direction, and the piston (21) being located at the pullback location prior to a medical fluid being injected into a medical fluid reservoir part (6), the degree of crushing of the packing (27) when the piston (21) is in the initial location is reduced, and the present invention is capable of reducing contact resistance below that when the packing (27) and a main body part (21B) of the piston (21) are in contact. Hence, a large force is not necessary to take initial movement resistance and initiate the movement when commencing use, and it is possible to miniaturize the device overall.
