Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a medical image processing device, an endoscope system, a medical image processing method, and a medical image processing program with which it is possible to minimize unnecessary audio output while reducing the probability of a region-of-interest being missed. The medical image processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a processor, the processor executing: an image acquisition process for acquiring a medical image in time series; a region-of-interest detection process for detecting a region-of-interest from the acquired medical image; a display control process for displaying the medical image on a display device; a first notification process for causing, if a region-of-interest is detected in the region-of-interest detection process, the display device to display the medical image and information relating to the detected region-of-interest in a superimposed manner; and a second notification process for outputting audio from an audio output device if a region-of-interest is detected in the region-of-interest detection process, the second notification process being executed after the first notification process.
