Abstract:
Provided are a medical image processing device, a medical image processing method, and a medical image processing program that enable speeding up of image recognition processing and improvement of image recognition accuracy. The medical image processing device is provided with: a first recognizer (41) that recognizes a medical image; a second recognizer (42) that has a higher recognition accuracy than the first recognizer (41); and a recognition-certainty-degree determiner (43) that determines a certainty degree of a recognition result by the first recognizer (41), wherein the second recognizer (42) is caused to execute recognition processing for the medical image in accordance with a determination result by the recognition-certainty-degree determiner (43). The present invention is configured such that speeding up of image recognition processing is realized by using the first recognizer (41) in which a load of image recognition processing is small and such that in the case where a certainty degree of a recognition result becomes low when the first recognizer (41) is used, the second recognizer (42) having high image recognition accuracy is used to improve recognition accuracy.
