Provided are a medical image processing device and method, an endoscope system, a processor device, and a diagnosis support device and program capable of avoiding a recognition result obtained from an inappropriate image for image recognition from being provided to a user when the inappropriate image for image recognition is included in images obtained in a time-series manner. A medical image processing device according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring time-series medical images including a subject image; an image recognition unit for performing image recognition from the medical images; a recognition result storage unit for storing recognition results obtained by the image recognition unit; and a change processing unit for changing recognition result, in accordance with recognition result obtained by the image recognition unit, from the recognition result obtained by the image recognition unit to the recognition result stored in the recognition result storage unit.
