Abstract:
It is possible to facilitate management of a medical image or medical information
store in a storage medium and prevent information leak. In a medical information
processing device, when a medium driver (17) reads data stored in a portable medium,
a control unit (11) judges whether the read data contains data on a medical image
or medical information. When judgment is made that the data on the medical image
or medical information is contained, the control unit (11) stores the read data
in a data memory (16). When the read data is stored in the data memory (16), the control
unit (11) performs control to limit read of the data on the medical image or medical
information stored in the medium.
