Abstract:
A medical instrument-use deflection operation device 1A comprises: a first rack member 100 and a second rack member 200 stored in a controller housing 300 so as to be reciprocally displaceable in the longitudinal direction along an extending direction of a first and a second operation wire 31, 32, and also so as to have teeth parts 120, 220 that oppose each other; and a pinion member 400 that is rotatably supported, in a state of engagement with the teeth parts 120, 220 of the rack members 100, 200. A first and a second operation knob 510, 520 that each protrude outward from the controller housing 300 are integrally provided on the rack members 100, 200, respectively.
