A medical mask and a manufacturing method therefor. The medical mask comprises a mask body (100) and hanging lugs (200); the mask body (100) comprises a hydrophobic layer (104), a first melt-blown fabric layer (103), a sterilization and anti-virus layer (102), and a skin-friendly layer (101) having a first surface (1011) and a second surface (1012); the sterilization and anti-virus layer (102) comprises a substrate layer (1021), an active layer (1022), and a bonding layer (1023) used for adhering and connecting the substrate layer (1021) and the active layer (1022); the sterilization and anti-virus layer (102) is stacked on the second surface (1012); the first melt-blown fabric layer (103) is stacked on the surface of the sterilization and anti-virus layer (102) away from the skin-friendly layer (101); and the hydrophobic layer (104) is stacked on the surface of the first melt-blown fabric layer (103) away from the sterilization and anti-virus layer (102). The medical mask has good sterilization and anti-virus effects and has a relatively long service period.
