Abstract:
A method for preparing a medical non-woven fabric composite material, specifically comprising the following steps: (1), weighing 30-50 parts by weight of polyadipic acid/butylene terephthalate, 20-30 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate, and 30-40 parts by weight of polycarbonate, and mixing well to obtain a mixture A; (2) blending the mixture in step (1) with 1-4 parts of antistatic agent and 0.5-2 parts of antibacterial agent, and then performing extruding granulation by means of a twin-screw extruder to obtain a blend; (3) vacuum-drying the blend in step (2), heating, melting, extruding, stretching, cooling, and self-adhering the dried blend by means of a screw extruder to form a non-woven fabric; and (4) spraying an anti-radiation layer on one side of the non-woven fabric obtained in step (3), and finally putting the fabric into a drying box for drying and shaping. The prepared medical non-woven fabric composite material has antibacterial, anti-radiation and antistatic properties and is mainly applied to preparation of medical masks.
