Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a plurality of physicians spatially isolated from each other to work in concert in a more preferable mode. [Solution] This medical observation system comprises: a first medical signal processing device having a first signal processing unit which acquires first image data corresponding to the result of imaging of a diseased site by a medical observation device and which performs first signal processing on said first image data; a second medical signal processing device having a second signal processing unit which acquires, from the first medical signal processing device via a prescribed network, second image data corresponding to the imaging result and which performs second signal processing on said second image data, wherein the second signal processing unit transmits information pertaining to the second signal processing to the first medical signal processing device, and the first signal processing unit performs control on the first signal processing in accordance with the second signal processing.
