Abstract:
A medical plunger pump cavity structure and a plunger pump thereof. The cavity structure comprises a pump body (1), and the pump body (1) is provided with at least one plunger cavity; the plunger cavity comprises a piston working section (1) for reciprocating movement of a piston (21) and a joining section (12) for connecting the piston (21) to a push rod (22) during movement; the joining section comprises a first arc-shaped wall (121) projecting in a direction away from the piston working section (11); the first end of the first arc-shaped wall (121) is smoothly connected to the side wall of the piston working section (11), and the second end of the first arc-shaped wall (121) is bent and extends in a direction deviating from the axis of the piston working section (11). The plunger pump comprises the cavity structure above. A piston assembly (2) is slidably provided in the plunger cavity; the piston assembly (2) comprises the push rod (22) and the piston (21); the piston (21) comprises a sealing portion (211) closely attached to the side wall of the piston working section (11) and a joining portion (212) joined with the push rod (22) on the joining section (12). The cavity structure implements quick joining between the piston (21) and the push rod (22), reduces the damage to the pump body (1), and prolongs the service life of the pump body (1).
