Abstract:
This medical system is provided with: a treatment tool; an endoscope which has an image capturing unit; a control device which generates a display image from an image captured by the image capturing unit; a display device which displays the display image; and an input device which selects medical equipment, wherein the control device measures a relative position from the endoscope to the treatment tool, and superposes, onto the display image, a virtual image of the medical equipment, which is at the relative position with respect to the treatment tool displayed on the display image and has a relative size, on the basis of the relative position.
