Abstract:
In the present invention, an order information recording unit records order information for a patient. An arrival status recording unit records an arrival status indicating whether a patient has arrived or not, in association with an order for the patient. A receiving unit 40 receives patient identification information input to a portable terminal device 22. An order search unit 42 searches an order related to the patient identification information received by the receiving unit 40. When the arrival status associated with the order related to the patient identification information is indicating the patient's arrival, a determination processing unit 50 determines to display an input screen of medical interview information. In respond to the determination of the determination processing unit 50, a display processing unit 60 displays the input screen of the medical interview information on the portable terminal device 22.
