Abstract:
Provided is a medical treatment device whereby blood leakage occurring due to separation of an electrocardiogram measurement and access means from a patient can be accurately sensed at all times, and working efficiency prior to treatment can be enhanced. A medical treatment device provided with: a blood purification device 1 having an access means comprising a vein-side puncture needle b capable of puncturing a patient; electrocardiogram measurement means (3, 4) capable of measuring an electrocardiogram of the patient, the electrocardiogram measurement means (3, 4) being bonded and attached to the skin of the patient; and a blood leakage sensing means 5 capable of sensing blood of the patient leaking from the access means, the blood leakage sensing means 5 being attached in the vicinity of the access means; wherein an integrated sensing means 2 is provided in which the electrocardiogram measurement means 4 and the blood leakage sensing means 5 are integrally formed.
