Abstract:
A medical tube (10) is equipped with: a tubular main body (12) which has flexibility; a hub (14) which is connected to the base end part of the tubular main body (12); and a strain relief (16) which is supported by the tip end part of the hub (14) and surrounds a predetermined base end side area of the tubular main body (12). The tubular main body (12) has a flexible zone (30) lying in a predetermined area of the tubular main body (12), wherein the predetermined area lies between a position located on the tip end side relative to the head end part (17) of the strain relief (16) and a position located on the base end side relative to the head end part (17), and wherein at least one groove (32) extending in a circumferential direction of the tubular main body (12) is formed in the outer periphery of the tubular main body (12) so that the flexible zone (30) can have increased flexibility against bending.
